You will receive an email with the exact location and full appointment details 48 hours before the event, which will be by the end of Saturday. Please be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder).
What should I do if I don’t hear from you by Saturday?
If you did not receive a call on Saturday, you are welcome to reach out on Sunday for follow-up.
How should I prepare my hair before my Razor Chic hair appointment?
Clients must shampoo their hair one week before their Razor Chic appointment. This helps prevent scalp irritation, especially for makeover services.
Are there any hairstyle restrictions before my appointment?
Yes. No wigs, braids, or sew-ins should be worn for at least one week prior to your appointment.
What is the deposit policy for the Hair Loss Tour / RazorChic appointment?
A non-refundable deposit of $350 plus a $31 processing fee is required (total $381). The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. The $350 deposit (excluding the processing fee) will be applied toward your Razor Chic appointment.
What happens if I can’t make my appointment or if Razor Chic cannot come to my city?
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment for any reason, your deposit remains valid. You may book an appointment in the nearest city Razor Chic is visiting or travel to Atlanta to receive your service.
If Razor Chic is unable to come to your city due to low registration, your deposit will still remain valid. You may choose to attend the nearest city tour stop, wait until Razor Chic returns to your city, or meet in Atlanta for your appointment.
